If you dont know Ian Hotchkiss, or haven't watched any video parts on him, then hopefully this will be some sort of intro into him. Ian has been sending it for the scooter scene ever since i can remember. After watching his part that featured on the old SR (scooter resource) "So he wont break", i had seen nothing but hard work and determination from the guy. Best keep an eye on Ian, so in the meantime go check out his Instagram, because in the meantime, Ian will be coming through once again for scootering, and we look forward to seeing more of him again in 2020.
