By entering the OHLAY Trick of the Year Contest (the “Contest”) and/or submitting any entry, the entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Participation & Safety: By participating in the Contest, Entrant acknowledges that scooter riding and performing tricks involve inherent risks, including serious injury, disability, property damage, or death.

Entrants participate voluntarily and at their own risk. OHLAY Brand is not responsible for any injury, death, damage, loss, or expense resulting from participation in the Contest or from performing, filming, or attempting any trick.

Participants should not expose themselves or others to dangerous, harmful, reckless, or illegal behavior. All Entrants are expected to act responsibly, use common sense, and comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.

Use of Submissions: By entering the OHLAY Trick of the Year Contest and/or submitting any Submission, Entrant grants OHLAY Brand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, repost, share, and otherwise use the Submission, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes related to OHLAY Brand, the Contest, and OHLAY's media, marketing, advertising, editorial, social media, and promotional activities.

This license includes the right to use the Submission across any media or platform now known or later developed and to edit, crop, resize, add text or graphics to, or otherwise modify the Submission as reasonably necessary for such purposes.

OHLAY may use Submissions in connection with third-party platforms and distribution channels. Entrants acknowledge that no additional compensation is owed for OHLAY's permitted use of a Submission.

By submitting an entry, the Entrant confirms that they own the Submission or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit and license the Submission to OHLAY. The Submission must not infringe the copyright, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

The Entrant retains ownership of their Submission and grants OHLAY Brand the rights to use the Submission as described in these Terms & Conditions.

The Entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from the videographer or any other person who may hold rights in the Submission.

Release and Liability: Entrant acknowledges that OHLAY Brand, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, sponsors, judges, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, expense, accident, or other claim arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, performance of any trick, creation or submission of any Submission, or acceptance or use of any prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant releases and discharges the Released Parties from claims arising from or relating to participation in the Contest.

Instagram: The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating in the Contest, Entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the Contest.

Acceptance: By submitting an entry, Entrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If Entrant does not agree to these Terms & Conditions, they should not participate in the Contest.
