Coming off their full length DVD "lotus", it was unsure what we would see from the Aztek squad in 2023. Was this going to be a regroup year where they would sit back and admire the work that they had done? They deserve it after all... Early in the year it became clear that taking a break was not in the cards for this squad as they quickly dropped a project docuenting their travels in South Africa, welcomed Victor Varela to the team in stellar fashion with his footage in "Rifle" alongside Austin Coates, supported Mike Hohmann's extremely productive Barcelona excursion, and more recently released their very well recieved Tokyo project. These fools do not stop. Talent is one thing, but drive is what sets things in motion. Aztek has without question assembled one of the most driven teams in scootering and this is evident in the footage they produce. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not give Dan Rey, Matteo Mencuccini, and Logan fuller their flowers for their beautuful work behind the camera. These guys are the lifeblood of our industry and are doing incredible work that will allow these moments in time to live on and be appreciated for years to come.

In an industry largely dominated by social media, North has consistently pushed to fund and produce quality video projects which push against the grain on scootering's current priorities. Whether this has looked like giving Maxime Pesin the reins artistically on several projects, offering a platform for Dev to continue to share his wizardry with the world, or simply allowing young riders the opportunity to travel and film, they have been a force for good in our sport. Coming off their highly acclaimed split welcome part in 2020, Nick and Tommy have returned with a new masterpiece for Ethic alongside their good friend Parrish Isaacs. It has been no secret since he was a kid that Jordan was something special. Watching him grow into the rider he is today over the past years has sparked much anticipation surrounding the type of rider he would become and what he would accomplish. David Coe, Kevin Closson, and Anton Abramson went out and filmed a beautiful day edit in the park for our viewing pleasure. If this doesn't make you want to go out and film with your friends I am not sure what will. These are some talented individuals, always a treat when they put something out.

Tilt sent Eden out to to states to film a project with his good friend Daniel Cardenas to promote his new signature bar. It is always a treat to see riders filming on terrain they are not accustomed to and Eden certainly left his mark. Go snag a pair of his bars while you have the chance, only 335 manufactured.

A few months ago Antonin Mollard was announced as the latest addition to Proto's pro team. Along with this announcement came a beautifully curated video in which Antonin demonstrates his out of the box approach to scootering, raw talent, and creativity. With the help of filmer Alistair Dance, he was able to produce a project that is worthy of this milestone in his career. Well deserved Antonin.

2022 was a big year for S2 and Cam Lawrence, the brains behind the operation. Cam linked up with some good friends and iconic figures in California and was able to bring home a nearly fifteen minute project documenting their travels to various skateparks and mandatory spots in the area. Daniel is one of few individuals who has managed to have great success in both riding and production. Needless to say he is a very busy man and managed to accumulate enough left over footage from his Scooter Farm project for a separate video released for Northern Limited entitled "BLUE CHEW". By the sounds of it this one is meant to tide us over until his next full project is wrapped up in the near future. So much love for Daniel and all he does for scootering.

The Blunt squad has proven yet again that they should be regarded among the best our community has to offer. Jonathan Perroni, Ivan Jimenez, Matis Neyroud, and Flavio Pesenti joined forces with Bradley Morrisey to capture their journey through Denmark and Norway earlier last year. As with most Blunt projects, the atmosphere surrounding the trip and bond between riders can be felt to a great degree. Sure ,this video is about the riding, but it goes far beyond that. Another one to add to Blunt's hefty portfolio.

An exciting young scene has emerged out of Montreal and has been turning heads for all the right reasons. Their dedication has not gone unnoticed.
